Yuan Mountain (鳶山)
The Great View of Taoyuan and Taipei.

Yuan Mountain has a great view of the Taoyuan Terrace and Taipei Basin.
You can see the highway form as an circles with the hill and city as background.
In the magic moment between day and night, the sky are dyed in pink and the lights are shinning.
The buildings and cars are looks like toys under you ground.
However, it might be a bit hard to get there but it’s worth.
We only have two choices drive or hiking.
If you plan to get there by driving. You have to get through the small trail with many turns and reach the Memorial Bell of Taiwan Recover. I will offer the address and GPS as below.
You face the bell, there is a hiking trail on your back side. Go straight and in the end you well see a house with iron gate. On the right side of the house, there is a steep stone road. Don’t go that way! Before meeting that way, there is also another stone road with rope. Climb up with those rope. You will see this view soon!
Be careful of you steps. The platform is super narrow. The cliff is just besides. Don’t recommend to bring kids here because of the danger.
